Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a ensemble and a pair of sandales from Rayne Boutique. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The clothes themselves are really nice; the fabric quality on the ensemble felt good, and the sandales were comfortable right out of the box. My package took about 8 days to get to New York, which felt a little slow compared to some US-based stores, but it wasn't terrible. Everything was well-packaged. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I'm happy with the items, just be aware of the international shipping times if you're in a rush.

I'd say Rayne Boutique is a step up from PrettyLittleThing, maybe on par with Bershka but with a slightly more 'put-together' vibe. It feels a bit less mass-produced. More Parisian chic than clubwear.
